About Stride Lab

Stride Lab is designed to enhance running performance through a comprehensive approach consisting of skill development and strength training. This program is highly customized to meet the needs of each athlete regardless of their experience level and to match the needs of their current performance goals.
Course Details:

Stride Lab meets 2x/week for 1 hour

Exercises are selected to train running patterns and balance patterns often left undertrained by runners

Exercises are personalized to match your current training needs (workout day, recovery day, pre-meet, etc.)

Instructor takes time with individuals as needed to ensure proper form and technique

Emphasis place on goal-setting and improving the mental side of high-performance running
